Terms of Use – Infinite – Brain Training & Cognitive Games

These terms apply to your use of the Infinite app available at afasser.com and its related page afasser.com/InfiniteApp, including subpaths such as afasser.com/InfiniteApp/terms.

1. Definitions

• "We" or "Developer": Ahmed Almehairbi.
• "App": Infinite – Brain Training & Cognitive Games.
• "User" or "You": Any person who downloads or uses the app.
• "Content": Includes scores, training plans, settings, and any data generated or entered while using the app.

2. Purpose of the app

Infinite is designed to help users train memory, focus, reaction speed, planning, and cognitive flexibility through structured exercises and game-based challenges. The app is intended for informational and training purposes only.

• It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
• It is not a diagnostic or treatment tool.
• Results, scores, and progress indicators should not be treated as clinical or professional assessments.

3. License to use the app

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your device in accordance with these terms and the applicable app store rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where allowed by law.
• Bypass any technical protections or restrictions in the app.

4. Acceptable use

When using Infinite, you agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to interfere with the app, its infrastructure, or any connected services.
• Use automated means to overload or misuse the service.

5. Your data and content

Progress, scores, settings, and plans stored in the app remain associated with your device usage. We may process this data only as needed to operate app features and improve the product.

6. AI, scores, and generated insights

Any insights, recommendations, benchmarks, or future intelligent features made available through the app may be approximate and may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific situation.

• You are responsible for how you interpret and use any results shown in the app.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how your data is handled.

8. Purchases and subscriptions

If the app offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, all billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store under Apple's policies. We do not process payment cards or store billing details directly.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to your use of Infinite will not exceed the amounts you paid for the app, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary if these terms are violated or where use may harm us, other users, or third parties.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and we may also provide notice in the app or on afasser.com/InfiniteApp. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
