نحترم خصوصيتك. صُمّم التطبيق لتخزين سجلاتك المالية محليًا على جهازك بشكل افتراضي، وتوضّح هذه السياسة ما الذي يُخزَّن وكيف يُستخدم وكيف يمكنك التواصل معنا.
قد يُخزّن التطبيق ما يلي على جهازك:
تُخزَّن معظم بيانات التطبيق محليًا باستخدام تخزين جهاز Apple. لا نشغّل نظام حسابات سحابيًا عامًا لسجلاتك المالية في هذه النسخة. وإذا قمت بعمل نسخة احتياطية لجهازك عبر iCloud أو أداة أخرى، فقد تعالج Apple أو مزوّد النسخ الاحتياطي بيانات التطبيق وفق إعدادات جهازك وسياساتهم.
لفهم كيفية استخدام التطبيق وتحسينه، يرسل التطبيق أحداث تحليلات استخدام مجهولة الهوية إلى PostHog (مزوّد تحليلات) على سحابته في الولايات المتحدة. لا ترتبط هذه الأحداث باسمك أو بريدك أو حسابك، ولا ننشئ ملفًا تعريفيًا يحدّد هويتك. تسجّل هذه الأحداث نشاط التطبيق ومراحله، مثل فتح التطبيق، وتقدّم الإعداد الأولي، وإضافة معاملة مع سماتها غير المعرِّفة (نوعها وفئتها وما إذا كانت متكرّرة)، وعرض صفحة الاشتراك، وأحداث الشراء واستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. ولا ترسل مبالغ معاملاتك أو أرصدتك أو نصوص ملاحظاتك أو محادثات الذكاء الاصطناعي. وكما هو معتاد في أدوات التحليلات، يجمع المزوّد بيانات تقنية قياسية لكل حدث مثل موقع تقريبي مستنتج من عنوان IP ونوع الجهاز وإصدار نظام التشغيل وإصدار التطبيق ومعرّف عشوائي. التحليلات مُفعّلة افتراضيًا، ويمكنك إيقافها في أي وقت من خلال خيار «مشاركة الإحصائيات» في الإعدادات.
إذا اخترت ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي، فقد يُرسل التطبيق أسماء المعاملات والفئات والمبالغ والميزانيات والملاحظات ورسائل المحادثة والسياق المالي ذي الصلة إلى: خادمنا الخلفي على afasser.com؛ ومزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي Gemini. تُستخدم هذه البيانات لتقديم التصنيف وتحليل الميزانية وردود المحادثة. ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي مخصّصة لمن هم في سنّ 18 عامًا فأكثر. لا تُدخل معلومات حسّاسة لا حاجة لها للميزانية.
تتم المشتريات والاشتراكات عبر Apple. قد نتلقّى حالة الشراء أو الاشتراك عبر StoreKit (مثل ما إذا كان الاشتراك نشطًا). نحن لا نتلقّى أو نخزّن أرقام بطاقات الدفع الكاملة.
إذا فعّلت الإشعارات، فإن خدمات جهاز Apple تجدول تذكيرات أو تنبيهات الميزانية محليًا على جهازك. وإذا فعّلت Face ID أو Touch ID، فتُجرى المصادقة البيومترية بواسطة Apple على جهازك، ولا نتلقّى بصماتك أو قوالبك البيومترية.
عند تصدير البيانات تُنشأ الملفات على جهازك وتُشارَك عبر أدوات مشاركة Apple. أنت تتحكّم في وجهة الملفات المُصدَّرة، ولسنا مسؤولين عن التطبيقات أو الخدمات أو المستلمين الذين تختارهم.
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. وقد نشارك المعلومات فقط: مع مزوّدي الخدمات اللازمين لتشغيل ميزات تختارها (مثل Gemini للذكاء الاصطناعي وPostHog لتحليلات الاستخدام)؛ ومع Apple لمشتريات المتجر والخدمات؛ وعند تصديرك أو مشاركتك للبيانات عبر تطبيقاتك؛ أو عندما يقتضي القانون أو حماية الحقوق ذلك.
تبقى بيانات التطبيق المحلية على جهازك حتى تحذفها أو تعيد ضبط التطبيق أو تزيله. أما سجلّات الدعم وسجلّات الخادم الخلفي — إن وُجدت — فيُحتفظ بها فقط بالقدر اللازم للدعم والأمان والامتثال أو لأغراض قانونية. ويحتفظ PostHog بأحداث التحليلات لمدة تصل إلى 7 سنوات (84 شهرًا) وفق إعداد الاحتفاظ بالبيانات للمشروع.
إذا استخدمت التحليلات أو ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي أو الدعم أو المشتريات، فقد تُعالَج معلوماتك في دول غير التي تقيم فيها، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة حيث يعالج مزوّد التحليلات الأحداث، وقد تختلف قوانين حماية البيانات فيها. نستخدم مزوّدي خدمات وضمانات مناسبة للميزة وللقانون المعمول به.
قد يكون لديك — حسب مكان إقامتك — حقوق في الوصول إلى معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد معالجتها أو الاعتراض عليها أو نقلها أو تقديم تظلّم. لممارسة أي حق، تواصل معنا عبر صفحة الدعم أو البريد [email protected]. قد نحتاج إلى التحقّق من هويتك، وقد نرفض الطلبات حيثما يسمح القانون.
نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة متاحة عبر iOS وتكاملات آمنة. لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل آمنة تمامًا، وعليك حماية جهازك ورمز الدخول ومعرّف Apple ونُسخك الاحتياطية وملفاتك المُصدَّرة.
التطبيق غير موجَّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا. أما ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي فهي مخصّصة لمن هم في سنّ 18 عامًا فأكثر فقط. إذا علمنا أن قاصرًا استخدم ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي خلافًا لهذه السياسة، فقد نوقف الوصول ونحذف السجلّات ذات الصلة حيثما أمكن.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وستُعكَس التحديثات بتغيير تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

This policy applies to the Masareefi: My Smart Wallet app and related pages under afasser.com/MoneyApp.
We respect your privacy. The app is designed to store your financial records locally on your device by default. This policy explains what is stored, how it is used, and how to contact us.
The app may store the following on your device:
Most app data is stored locally using Apple device storage. We do not operate a general cloud account system for your financial records in this version. If you back up your device with iCloud or another tool, Apple or your backup provider may process app data according to your device settings and their policies.
To understand how the app is used and to improve it, the app sends pseudonymous product-analytics events to PostHog (an analytics provider) on its United States cloud. These events are not linked to your name, email, or account, and we do not build a profile that identifies you. They record app activity and milestones, such as app opens, onboarding progress, that a transaction was added together with non-identifying attributes (its type, category, and whether it is recurring), paywall views, purchase events, and AI usage. They do not include your transaction amounts, balances, note contents, or AI chat text. As is typical for analytics tools, the provider also collects standard technical data for each event, such as approximate location derived from IP address, device type, operating system version, app version, and a random identifier. Analytics is on by default and can be turned off at any time using the "Share analytics" control in Settings.
If you choose AI features, the app may send transaction names, categories, amounts, budgets, notes, chat messages, and related financial context to: our backend at afasser.com; and the Gemini AI provider. This data is used to provide categorization, budget analysis, and chat responses. AI features are intended for users 18 and older. Do not enter sensitive information that is not needed for budgeting.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We may receive purchase or entitlement status through StoreKit (such as whether a subscription is active). We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
If you enable notifications, Apple device services schedule local reminders or budget alerts on your device. If you enable Face ID or Touch ID, biometric verification is handled by Apple on your device; we do not receive your biometric templates.
When you export data, files are created on your device and shared using Apple sharing tools. You control where exported files are sent. We are not responsible for third-party apps, recipients, or services you choose.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only: with service providers needed to operate features you choose (such as Gemini for AI and PostHog for product analytics); with Apple for App Store purchases and platform services; when you export or share data through your chosen apps; or when required by law or to protect rights.
Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or remove it. Support records and backend logs, if any, are retained only as long as needed for support, security, compliance, or legal purposes. Analytics events are retained by PostHog for up to 7 years (84 months) under the project's data-retention setting.
If you use analytics, AI, support, or purchases, your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States where our analytics provider processes events, which may have different data protection laws. We use service providers and safeguards appropriate to the feature and applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port your personal information, or to appeal a decision. To exercise a right, contact us via the support page or [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and may refuse requests where permitted by law.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures available through iOS and secure integrations. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You should protect your device, passcode, Apple ID, backups, and exported files.
The app is not directed to children under 13. AI features are intended only for users 18 and older. If we learn that a minor used AI features in violation of this policy, we may disable access and delete related records where applicable.
We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above.
