باستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت لا توافق عليها، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
يساعدك مصاريفي: محفظتي الذكية على تنظيم أموالك الشخصية عبر تسجيل المعاملات ومراجعة التقارير وضبط الميزانيات وتتبّع الأهداف.
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا محدودًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على جهازك وفقًا لهذه الشروط وقواعد متجر التطبيقات المعمول بها.
لا يجوز لك:
توافق على عدم استخدام التطبيق في أي نشاط غير قانوني أو ضار أو احتيالي أو مسيء أو مُعطِّل، وعلى عدم إدخال معلومات حسّاسة لا حاجة لها لأغراض الميزانية.
أنت مسؤول عن دقة البيانات التي تُدخلها. قد تكون التقارير والأرصدة والميزانيات وردود الذكاء الاصطناعي والملخّصات غير صحيحة إذا كانت البيانات المُدخلة ناقصة أو غير دقيقة. أنت مسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بنُسخ احتياطية أو تصدير ما ترغب في حفظه.
ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي اختيارية وقد تتوفّر للمستخدمين المؤهّلين أو المشتركين فقط. يجب ألا يقلّ عمرك عن 18 عامًا لاستخدام ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
عند استخدامك هذه الميزات، قد تُرسَل بياناتك المالية — مثل المعاملات والفئات والميزانيات والملاحظات والأهداف ورسائل المحادثة — إلى خادمنا الخلفي على afasser.com وإلى مزوّد الذكاء الاصطناعي Gemini لمعالجتها وتقديم التحليل والتوصيات والردود.
قد تكون مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي غير دقيقة أو ناقصة أو غير ملائمة لحالتك، ويجب ألا تُعتبر استشارة مالية أو استثمارية أو ضريبية أو قانونية. راجِع النتائج بعناية واتخذ قراراتك بنفسك. لا تُدخل كلمات مرور أو أرقام بطاقات أو هويات حكومية أو معلومات صحية في محادثة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
يخضع استخدامك للتطبيق أيضًا لـسياسة الخصوصية.
تتم عمليات الشراء والاشتراكات عبر متجر Apple App Store. قد تتجدّد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِها من إعدادات حساب Apple قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية. تتولّى Apple الفوترة والتجديد والإلغاء وطلبات الاسترداد وفق سياساتها والقانون المعمول به. تختلف الأسعار والفترات وتوفّر الفترات التجريبية حسب المنطقة وقد تتغيّر. نحن لا نخزّن بيانات بطاقات الدفع.
يجوز لنا تحديث أجزاء من التطبيق أو تعديلها أو تعليقها أو إيقافها، بما في ذلك ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي أو المزايا المدفوعة، حيثما يسمح القانون. ولا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق متاحًا دائمًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء أو متوافقًا مع كل جهاز أو نظام أو منطقة.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره» دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة أو ضمنية أو قانونية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الدقة أو الموثوقية أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو التشغيل دون انقطاع. لا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من حقوق أو ضمانات لا يمكن استبعادها قانونًا.
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي خسائر مالية أو مدفوعات فائتة أو سجلات غير دقيقة أو قرارات تجارية أو فقدان بيانات أو أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو عقابية ناشئة عن استخدام التطبيق.
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن جميع المطالبات المتعلقة بالتطبيق على الأكبر من: المبلغ الذي دفعته خلال الـ12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة، أو 100 دولار أمريكي، أو 500 درهم إماراتي. لا تنطبق هذه الحدود حيثما لا يمكن تحديد المسؤولية قانونًا (مثل الاحتيال أو سوء السلوك المتعمَّد أو الإهمال الجسيم أو الإصابة الشخصية أو حقوق المستهلك غير القابلة للتنازل).
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، توافق على تعويضنا والدفاع عنا وإبراء ذمتنا — نحن ومطوّرنا ومرخّصينا ومزوّدي خدماتنا — من أي مطالبات أو التزامات أو أضرار أو خسائر أو نفقات (بما في ذلك أتعاب قانونية معقولة) الناشئة عن: (أ) إساءة استخدامك للتطبيق؛ (ب) المعلومات التي تُدخلها أو تُصدّرها أو تشاركها؛ (ج) مخالفتك لهذه الشروط أو للقانون؛ أو (د) انتهاكك لحقوق أي طرف ثالث. لا ينطبق ذلك بقدر ما تنشأ المطالبة عن سوء سلوكنا المتعمَّد أو إهمالنا الجسيم.
التطبيق وتصميمه وبرمجياته وعلامته التجارية ومحتواه مملوكة لنا أو لمرخّصينا. وتحتفظ أنت بملكية المعلومات التي تُدخلها، وتمنحنا الحقوق المحدودة اللازمة لتشغيل الميزات التي تختارها، مثل معالجة طلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي أو الدعم.
قد يستخدم التطبيق خدمات Apple للمشتريات والإشعارات والمصادقة البيومترية والمشاركة، وقد تستخدم ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي خادمنا الخلفي وGemini. عليك الالتزام بشروط الأطراف الثالثة المنطبقة على استخدامك لتلك الخدمات.
إذا حصلت على التطبيق من Apple App Store، فينطبق ما يلي ويُقدَّم على أي بند مخالف:
قبل بدء أي مطالبة رسمية، توافق على إرسال إشعار كتابي يصف المشكلة ومنحنا 30 يومًا لحلّها وديًا. ما لم يمنحك قانون حماية المستهلك الإلزامي حقًا غير قابل للتنازل في رفع المطالبات في مكان آخر، تخضع هذه الشروط والنزاعات لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وتُنظر أمام المحاكم المختصة فيها. لا يُلغي هذا البند أي حقوق يمنحها لك قانون المستهلك المحلي الإلزامي.
يجوز لنا تعليق وصولك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط أو أسأت استخدام التطبيق أو تسبّبت في مخاطر قانونية أو حيثما يقتضي القانون. ويمكنك التوقّف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت وحذف بياناتك المحلية من الإعدادات.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وستُعكَس التحديثات بتغيير تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.

These terms apply to your use of the Masareefi: My Smart Wallet app and related pages under afasser.com/MoneyApp.
By using Masareefi: My Smart Wallet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Masareefi: My Smart Wallet helps users organize personal finances by recording transactions, reviewing reports, setting budgets, and tracking goals.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your device in accordance with these terms and applicable app store rules.
You may not:
You agree not to use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive activity, and not to enter sensitive information that is not needed for budgeting.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. Reports, balances, budgets, AI responses, and summaries may be incorrect if the entered data is incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for keeping backups or exports of anything you want to retain.
AI features are optional and may be available only to eligible users or subscribers. You must be at least 18 years old to use AI features.
When you use these features, your financial data — such as transactions, categories, budgets, notes, goals, and chat messages — may be sent to our backend at afasser.com and to the Gemini AI provider for processing to generate analysis, recommendations, and responses.
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation and is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Review results carefully and make your own decisions. Do not enter passwords, card numbers, government IDs, or health information into AI chat.
Your use of the app is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in your Apple account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund requests under its policies and applicable law. Prices, periods, and trial availability vary by region and may change. We do not store payment card details.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, including AI or premium features, where permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, OS, or region.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for financial losses, missed payments, inaccurate records, business decisions, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of: the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim; USD 100; or AED 500. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited (such as fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or non-waivable consumer rights).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our developer, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your misuse of the app; (b) information you enter, export, or share; (c) your violation of these terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
The app, its design, software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of information you enter and grant us the limited rights needed to operate features you choose, such as processing AI or support requests.
The app may use Apple services for purchases, notifications, biometrics, and sharing, and AI features may use our backend and Gemini. You must comply with third-party terms that apply to your use of those services.
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, the following also applies and prevails over any conflicting term:
Before starting a formal claim, you agree to send a written notice describing the issue and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you a non-waivable right to bring claims elsewhere, these terms and disputes relating to the app are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and handled by its competent courts. This clause does not remove rights granted by mandatory local consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, create legal risk, or where required by law. You may stop using the app at any time and delete local data from Settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date above.
