This page explains what information may be processed when you use the app, why it is used, and how support, billing, and voice-related features depend on that information.

Email address, authentication details, and account status used for sign-in and access management. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides.
We send emails about new features and offers only if you asked us to, by ticking the optional box when you create your account or by turning on "Offers and updates" in Settings. We record when you agreed. You can withdraw at any time from that same setting, or by using the unsubscribe link in any such email, and we will stop. Service emails (confirming your address, resetting your password, and important changes to the service) are not marketing and are sent regardless.
Text submitted for speech generation or pronunciation and punctuation enhancement. Text is sent to voice service APIs for processing.
Recordings, uploaded samples, transcripts, descriptions, and optional images used for custom voice creation on the Pro plan.
Subscription status, daily or monthly credit usage, and local app settings needed to operate the product and enforce plan limits.
Product analytics events describing how the app is used, such as which screens you open, when you convert text to speech, and when a purchase or sign-in succeeds or fails. These events are linked to your account identifier and a device identifier, and never contain the text you convert, your voice recordings, or your email address. We also collect diagnostic data when something goes wrong, including error details and crash reports, so we can fix it. This is first-party analytics used only to improve the app. We do not use it for advertising and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Answers you give during the setup questionnaire, such as your age range, how you heard about the app, what you plan to use it for, and the kind of user you are. We use them only to understand who our audience is and to improve the app. Like the analytics above, they are first-party data, are never sold, and are not used for advertising.
We collect only what is needed to operate the product. The following types of information are not collected.
The app relies on third-party services to function. These services may receive certain information as part of delivering the features described above.
Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies if you have specific questions about how they handle data.
Data transmitted between the app and our backend is sent over HTTPS. Access to account and usage data is managed through Supabase Row Level Security, meaning users can only access their own records. We do not store payment card details — all billing is handled by Apple through the App Store.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised or you notice unexpected activity, contact support immediately.
If you submit recordings, transcripts, or any other voice-related material for cloning, you are solely responsible for having the right to use and process that content. Do not upload another person's voice or likeness without clear, explicit permission.
Some information remains stored for account operation, subscription handling, support, or access to your saved voice models. Information stored locally on your device may remain until you remove the app or clear device data.
We may also retain information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or enforcing our terms. Custom voice models may be deleted or become unavailable if accounts are closed, storage is no longer supported, or service providers change.
This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under 13. If you believe a minor has submitted information through the app without parental consent, contact us at [email protected] and we will take steps to remove the information.
If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes that affect how your information is used may be communicated through in-app notices or via email if we have your contact information. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

البريد الإلكتروني وبيانات تسجيل الدخول وحالة الحساب، وتُستخدم لتسجيل الدخول وإدارة الوصول. إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Apple، فإننا نستلم فقط المعلومات التي تزوّدنا بها Apple.
نرسل رسائل عن الميزات الجديدة والعروض فقط إذا طلبت ذلك، عبر تحديد المربع الاختياري عند إنشاء حسابك أو بتفعيل خيار "العروض والتحديثات" في الإعدادات. ونسجّل وقت موافقتك. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت من الإعداد نفسه، أو عبر رابط إلغاء الاشتراك في أي رسالة من هذا النوع، وسنتوقف. أما رسائل الخدمة (تأكيد بريدك، إعادة تعيين كلمة المرور، والتغييرات المهمة على الخدمة) فليست تسويقية وتُرسل في كل الأحوال.

التسجيلات والعينات المرفوعة والنصوص المرافقة والأوصاف والصور الاختيارية المستخدمة لإنشاء صوت مخصص في خطة برو.
حالة الاشتراك، والرصيد المستهلك يومياً أو شهرياً، وإعدادات التطبيق المحلية اللازمة لتشغيل المنتج وتطبيق حدود الخطة.
أحداث تحليلية تصف طريقة استخدام التطبيق، مثل الشاشات التي تفتحها، ووقت تحويلك للنص إلى صوت، ونجاح أو فشل عملية شراء أو تسجيل دخول. ترتبط هذه الأحداث بمعرّف حسابك ومعرّف جهازك، ولا تتضمن أبداً النص الذي تحوّله ولا تسجيلاتك الصوتية ولا بريدك الإلكتروني. كما نجمع بيانات تشخيصية عند حدوث خلل، تشمل تفاصيل الأخطاء وتقارير الأعطال، لكي نتمكن من إصلاحها. هذه تحليلات خاصة بنا وتُستخدم لتحسين التطبيق فقط. لا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع شركات أخرى.
إجابات تقدّمها أثناء أسئلة الإعداد، مثل الفئة العمرية، وكيف عرفت بالتطبيق، وما تنوي استخدامه من أجله، ونوع المستخدم الذي تمثّله. نستخدمها فقط لفهم جمهورنا وتحسين التطبيق. وكما هو الحال مع التحليلات أعلاه، فهي بيانات خاصة بنا، لا تُباع أبداً، ولا تُستخدم للإعلانات.
نجمع فقط ما يلزم لتشغيل المنتج. الأنواع التالية من المعلومات لا تُجمع.
يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات من أطراف ثالثة ليعمل. وقد تستلم هذه الخدمات معلومات معيّنة كجزء من تقديم الميزات الموضّحة أعلاه.
يعمل كل مزوّد من هؤلاء وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به. وننصحك بمراجعة تلك السياسات إذا كانت لديك أسئلة محددة عن كيفية تعاملهم مع البيانات.
تُنقل البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر HTTPS. ويُدار الوصول إلى بيانات الحساب والاستخدام من خلال Row Level Security في Supabase، بحيث لا يستطيع المستخدم الوصول إلا إلى سجلاته هو. ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقات الدفع، فجميع عمليات الفوترة تتم عبر Apple من خلال App Store.
لا يوجد نظام آمن بشكل مطلق. إذا كنت تعتقد أن حسابك قد اختُرق أو لاحظت نشاطاً غير متوقع، تواصل مع الدعم فوراً.
إذا أرسلت تسجيلات أو نصوصاً مرافقة أو أي مواد صوتية أخرى لغرض الاستنساخ، فأنت وحدك المسؤول عن امتلاك الحق في استخدام هذا المحتوى ومعالجته. لا ترفع صوت شخص آخر أو ما يمثّله دون إذن صريح وواضح منه.
تبقى بعض المعلومات مخزّنة لتشغيل الحساب ومعالجة الاشتراك والدعم أو للوصول إلى نماذج أصواتك المحفوظة. أما المعلومات المخزّنة محلياً على جهازك فقد تبقى حتى تحذف التطبيق أو تمسح بيانات الجهاز.
وقد نحتفظ بالمعلومات أيضاً عند الحاجة المعقولة للامتثال القانوني أو تسوية النزاعات أو منع الاحتيال أو تطبيق شروطنا. وقد تُحذف نماذج الأصوات المخصصة أو تصبح غير متاحة إذا أُغلقت الحسابات أو لم يعد التخزين مدعوماً أو تغيّر مزوّدو الخدمة.
هذا التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن الثالثة عشرة. ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من مستخدمين دون هذا السن. إذا كنت تعتقد أن قاصراً قد أرسل معلومات عبر التطبيق دون موافقة ولي أمره، تواصل معنا على [email protected] وسنتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لإزالة المعلومات.
إذا حدّثنا سياسة الخصوصية هذه، فسنراجع التاريخ الموجود أعلى هذه الصفحة. وقد نُبلغ عن التغييرات الجوهرية التي تؤثر في كيفية استخدام معلوماتك عبر إشعارات داخل التطبيق أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني إذا كانت لدينا بيانات التواصل معك. ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التغييرات قبولاً للسياسة المحدّثة.
