Rules for using Text to Speech, managing subscriptions, and submitting voice-related content responsibly.

Use of the service

Text to Speech allows users to generate spoken audio from text, preview voices, enhance text for output quality, and create custom voice models on the Pro plan. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or violate applicable laws.

Access to certain features depends on your plan. Free plan users receive a daily credit allowance and a per-generation character limit. Pro plan users receive a higher monthly credit allowance and extended character limits. Plan details may change over time.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should not share your account or allow others to use it. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately and change your password.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts created with false information or for purposes of abuse may be suspended or removed.

Acceptable use

The following uses of the app are prohibited.

Voice cloning and content responsibility

• You must only upload, record, or submit material you have the right to use
• You must not clone, imitate, or publish another person's voice without proper, explicit authorization from that person
• You must not use cloned voices for fraud, deception, harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful activity
• You remain solely responsible for all text, audio, transcripts, and other content you submit through the app
• You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to submit and use any voice-related content you provide
• You grant us and our service providers the right to process submitted voice content as needed to create, host, maintain, and deliver cloned voice features
• Custom voice models created through the app may be stored by our voice provider as unlisted models rather than fully private models, and may be accessible within provider systems or service administration interfaces used to operate the service
• We may review, suspend, disable, or remove cloned voices or submitted materials at our discretion if we suspect misuse, rights violations, policy violations, or legal risk
• You are solely responsible for cloned voice content and any claims, losses, or disputes arising from that content or its use
• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from voice content you submit, clone, generate, or distribute through the app

Subscriptions and billing

The app may offer free and paid plans, including monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for iOS subscriptions are handled through Apple under App Store rules. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.

Access to paid features depends on an active subscription. If a subscription expires, is cancelled, or is revoked for any reason, Pro features will become unavailable and your access will revert to the free plan limits. Unused credits do not carry over between billing periods.

Intellectual property

The app, its code, interface, branding, and all associated content are owned by the developer. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary elements.

Generated audio files produced by the app may be subject to terms and conditions of the underlying voice and AI service providers. Ownership, licensing, and permitted uses of generated audio follow applicable law and the terms of those third-party providers. You are responsible for understanding and complying with those terms before distributing or publishing generated audio.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice. This includes voice options, generation limits, cloning features, plan structure, pricing, and app behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime, feature removal, or changes to the service.

Termination

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you have violated these terms, engaged in prohibited use, abused the service, or created legal or reputational risk for us or others. Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund of any remaining subscription period.

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Cancellation of a subscription must be done through Apple's subscription management. Cancellation ends future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of the current period under Apple's standard terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from your use of the app or these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless mandatory applicable local law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated through the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the app.
