Where is my data stored, and do I need an account?
Your hydration records, goal, schedule, and settings are stored on your device. Rashf does not require an account, upload this data to a developer-operated cloud, or currently use usage analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies. Apple’s device-backup service may process a copy of app data according to your device backup settings; this is separate from in-app cloud synchronization by Rashf.
Why am I not receiving reminders?
First confirm that Reminders are enabled in Rashf’s settings, then check that iOS allows notifications for the app in system Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally between your chosen wake and sleep times and stop for the day when you reach your goal. iOS Focus or notification-summary settings may silence or delay them. If you previously denied permission, enable it manually in iOS Settings because the app cannot override the system choice.
How do I change my goal, daily schedule, and reminder interval?
Open the gear icon on the main screen. You can change your daily goal, wake time, sleep time, turn reminders on or off, and choose an interval of one hour, 90 minutes, or two hours. You can also edit the cup, large-glass, and bottle size preferences. The quick amounts on the main screen separately adapt to amounts you have logged recently.
How do I log a beverage or a different amount?
Tap the beverage card to choose water, coffee, tea, soda, juice, or milk, then choose a quick amount. Use Custom Size to enter another amount. Rashf shows the hydration progress resulting from the selected beverage type.
Can I edit an old record or undo an entry?
The Undo button on the main screen removes only the most recent drink logged during the current day. The statistics screen shows aggregated day and month summaries and does not currently allow individual past entries to be edited or deleted. Check the beverage and amount before adding, and use Undo immediately if you make a mistake.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Apple manages subscriptions and billing. You can cancel renewal in iOS Settings → your name/Apple Account → Subscriptions, or from your account page in the App Store. Access normally continues through the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the Premium screen from Rashf’s settings, then select Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If the entitlement does not appear, confirm your internet connection and subscription status with Apple, then try again.
How do I delete all app data?
To remove all local app data, choose Delete App in iOS. Do not use Offload App, which may preserve the app’s documents and data. The developer cannot remotely delete data held on your device. A copy may remain in an Apple-managed backup according to your settings and Apple’s policies, and iOS may restore backed-up data when you restore a device backup.
Why does my data not appear on another device?
Rashf does not currently provide an account or in-app cloud synchronization, so records are not directly transferred between devices. Data restoration through a full Apple device backup may vary according to your backup settings and Apple’s services.
What should I include in a bug report?
Include your device model, iOS version, Rashf version, the steps that led to the issue, what you expected, and what happened. You may attach a screenshot after hiding private information. Do not send Apple passwords, payment information, or sensitive medical or personal information; we will not need those details to troubleshoot a technical issue.
How do I submit a privacy question or request?
Email [email protected] with “Rashf” in the subject. Because the app does not create an account or send us usage records, we generally have no app data linked to your identity that we can access or delete remotely. Support emails are handled separately; contact us about those messages or with any question about the Privacy Policy.
